Privacy notice

Last updated: 14 October 2026

This notice explains how Source & Rights handles personal data when you visit this site, contact me or book a call. It follows the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It concerns the business contact details of the people I speak with, not the data collections your company may hold.

1. Who is responsible

Individual Entrepreneur Milosz Paul Rosinski, trading as Source & Rights. Identification number 305857043. Legal address: Zakaria Paliashvili St. 41, Entrance 1, 0179 Tbilisi, Georgia. Email: office@sourceandrights.com.

2. What I collect

  • Business contact details you give me: name, role, company, email address and, optionally, phone number.
  • What you tell me about your company and its data, in the broad terms you choose.
  • When you book a call: your name, email address and the time you choose.
  • Our correspondence, and any confidentiality agreement we sign.

Please do not send confidential company information or personal data from your collections through this site or by email before we have agreed how to handle it.

3. Why I use it, and on what basis

  • To reply to your enquiry and hold the conversation you requested: based on your request and on steps taken at your request before any agreement.
  • To introduce your company to a data partner: only with your agreement for that introduction.
  • To keep business records I am legally required to keep: based on legal obligation.

4. Who receives your data

  • Service providers that help me run Source & Rights, such as my email provider and call-scheduling and form tools. They process data on my instructions.
  • A data partner: only your business contact details, and only when you agree to a specific introduction.

I do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.

5. Transfers outside Georgia and the EU

Some service providers and data partners are located elsewhere, including the United States. Where this happens, I rely on appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections, or on your explicit consent.

6. How long I keep it

Up to 24 months after our last contact, or longer where a business relationship or a legal obligation requires it. You can ask me to delete your details earlier.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, receive a copy of, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, and withdraw any consent at any time. Write to office@sourceandrights.com.

You may also complain to the State Audit Office of Georgia, which supervises personal data protection. If you are in the EU, you can contact the data protection authority in your country.

8. Security and cookies

I use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Embedded services, such as a form or calendar, may set cookies needed for them to work.

9. Changes

I may update this notice. The date at the top shows the latest version.
